Charice Pempengco on the Oprah Show Part 1

Charice Pempengco was again a guest on the Oprah show, this time not just for an interview but with a full feature on her - tracing her roots as an aspiring singer in the Philippines all the way to her new-found success in the music world ever since being discovered on YouTube many months ago. Charice Pempengco was Oprah's premier talent for the day in her feature on talented kids. But that's not all. True to Oprah's tradition of making dreams come true, she invited Charice's idol, Celine Dion, through live via satellite video patch to talk to her avid fan. It was a touching scene as Charice finally came face to face (albeit on video) with her (wow!) idol. Celine eventually invited the young Filipino singer to sing a duet with her in an upcoming New York show, something Oprah promises to cover not only for her millions of TV followers but also as a new personal commitment to follow Charice Pempengco's career from now on. Lucky girl!
