being relatively new to blogging, i am still on what you might call an experimental stage. i have changed my blog title four times, my url about five to six times, my host google account 3 to four times, and my template more times than i can recall. suffice it to say that what you see as my blog right now may not be the same tomorrow. call it a work in progress.

imagine my amazement and relief upon stumbling on dummies' guide to blogger, an awesome blog containing tons of information on anything and everything about tips and tricks to blogging! this site by peter chen is a real big help to newbies to blogging like me, as well as to others who want to improve their knowledge on enhancing their websites' appearance and function. but wait, there's more! peter chen has two other sites on blogging tricks, the more prolific of which is blogger tips and tricks which, he says, is his main post and is the most regularly updated of the three sites. wow!

in the span of several hours, i have learned a wealth of info on formatting, labels, links, building traffic and so many more! i started at around 8 pm. it's now way past midnight and i just cannot stop. i have added a visitors' counter, calendar and clocks to my site. in fact, i added two clocks! cannot make up my mind which to choose. he he he.

tomorrow, i'll probably read up on adsense (putting ads on the site). but right now i'm still immersed in the topic of increasing traffic to my site and how to get a good page rank. two tricks at a time.
